Team Member Incentive Scheme (TMIS)

I reproduce below the text of a letter from BT regarding TMIS and my response.  I believe both are self-explanatory...

You will see that, at this stage, it is impossible to go into any detail since we need to understand the building blocks and prevailing culture of openreach.  However, you will note that, even at this early stage, the Executive has committed to consultation with members should something positive emerge from the discussions.

It is hoped that the necessary discussions with management will be relatively speedy obviating the need for any major change to FRS.  The team will approach the discussions in the context of a much wider discussion on the intended management style in openreach.  Since that, in itself, will very much govern and shape relationships in openreach.
